New Program ... Paid Teacher In Taiwan

This is a great new job opportunity if you want to teach abroad for a year and come home with money (or pay student loans while you travel.)  Taiwan is a blend of modern and the past.  Some refer to it as “The heart of Asia”, with very friendly and courteous locals.

This is a one-year teaching post with only one intake date, which is in September. The deadline to apply, however, is July 1, 2017.

Expect to earn between $1500 and $2500 US per month depending on qualifications. Rent at the most is $400 per month and food around $200 a month. You could have between $11,000 and $20,000 left over at the end of the school year.  View The Program Page

Share the program page on your Facebook wall, send us a screen shot by December 1 and receive $200 off the program fee.

We'd like you to meet these people:
Tammi Weed
Tracey Tooks and Tammi Weed, Volunteer Teachers In Italy And Our November Alumni Of The Month

Tammi Weed and Tracey Tooks from UPtv are November’s combined Alumni of the Month.  Tammi and Tracey took a sabbatical from work at UPtv and went to Italy to volunteer to teach English.  UPtv gives time off and a financial rewards to do good work, and both Tammi and Tracey really took advantage of the opportunity.  Take a look at their video and read our interview with the network’s newest volunteers on the Alumni of the Month page!

Please make note of our first annual Alumni meet up in early June 2017. The final two location choices are Guilford, CT the home of our headquarters and stunning Boulder, CO for this Boulder.jpgevent. Over on the right is a photo of Boulder with the famous Flat Irons in the distance.  Boulder sits at 5,430 feet above sea level and about 25 miles Northwest of Denver.Hiking anyone?

Guilford.jpgGuilford is 2 hours from Boston and 2 hours from New York City and at just over 375 years old, it's as traditional New England as you can get.

More about this event in the coming weeks. We hope you'll hold the date.
